Sequential Screening – Take Two

// April 14th, 2009 // Gab

I am going back to the hospital this afternoon for a second chance at completing the Sequential Screening. I’ve been talking to the babies about being stubborn, but I’m not sure it will work! :)

UPDATE

Success!! It seems my talk with the babies must have worked because they were both on their best behaviors. I had an excellent and gentle ultrasound tech today too which, really made the experience so much better this time around. Below are a few pictures. Again, I only got paper copies. I think my medical system is cheap or something.

Anyway, the babies are right on target for growth and both their heartbeats came in at 160 bpm. Plus, both of the measurements for their noses and necks came back in the normal range which is exactly what we wanted to hear. Of course, it will be awhile before I get the results of the blood work, but I’m not worried about the final results from this test.

Baby A (on my left side) was extremely active and I witnessed him jumping and flipping around. Baby B (on my right side) was again laid back. Wonder if this means we are going to get one rambunctious baby and one calm baby????

Also, mark your calendars – May 29th is when we find out the sex!!

    Great pictures! My office charges 5 bucks if you want a CD of the images.
